Dr. Amber
Yun-Ping Lee
李芸蘋 Professor
I am a professor in the Department of Public Administration and Management at National University of Tainan, Taiwan. I earned my Masters in Organisation Studies from the University of Warwick as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and received my PhD in National Sun Yat-sen University. My research interests include calling at work and workplace fun/play.
As a scholar in organizational behavior and human resources, my research interests focus on work attitudes and behaviors. Recently, I have focused on leadership dynamics, particularly humble and differentiated humility in high-stress environments, and how these dynamics intersect with psychological resources, such as a sense of calling, moral emotions, and their subsequent behavioral outcomes. Additionally, I explore innovative topics, including the disruptive effects of AI on job dignity and technostress. I also address themes related to workplace fun and fostering creativity and enjoyment in organizational settings to enhance employee well-being. My research is supported by empirical studies conducted within the cultural and sectoral contexts of Taiwan.
